Through intuitive playing and the use of the shamanic drum, ethereal singing bowls, and powerful gong, I aim to regulate the nervous system, rebalance your energy, and promote a greater sense of relaxation and well-being. My immersive sound experiences are one of the oldest forms of medicine, soothing and calming the mind to restore a sense of calmness and peace. Join me for bespoke sessions that will leave you feeling held by the vibrations and energy of sound, allowing for deep healing and restoration.

For these sessions, please bring mats (yoga, pilates), pillows, blankets...everything you need to keep you comfortable and warm. Please bring along a water bottle to help you stay hydrated.

Come as you are...no previous knowledge or experience is necessary...only a desire to rebalance and reconnect with yourself.
