Through intuitive playing and the use of the shamanic drum, ethereal singing bowls, and powerful gong, I aim to help you regulate the nervous system, rebalance your energy, and promote a greater sense of relaxation and well-being. My immersive sound experiences are one of the oldest forms of medicine, soothing and calming the mind to restore a sense of calmness and peace. Join me for bespoke sessions that will leave you feeling held by the vibrations and energy of sound, allowing for deep healing and restoration.

For these sessions, mats and soft furs are provided. Please just bring pillows & blankets (sleeping bags are good)...anything you need to keep you comfortable and warm. Please also bring along a water bottle to help you stay hydrated.
